Paul Brandley is the founder of Spartan International Consulting Group and Kodiak Tactical Systems. Spartan International Consulting Group provides training to law enforcement,military and private security personnel. Spartan International also provides personal protection personnel (bodyguards), and security consulting services to private sector corporations and individuals.  Paul Brandley is the President and Lead Instructor. Kodiak Tactical Systems manufactures training aids and equipment for law enforcement and military organizations. Products range from breaching doors and windows, to breaching tools, and custom manufacturing.  Paul Brandley's Law Enforcement, training, and  SWAT Operator experience coupled with a partnership with experienced manufacturing professionals, allows Kodiak to produced premium tools and training aids.
